If you are having a problem with your Outdoor or Street light, please fill out the following form and we will repair the problem as soon as possible.
To obtain an outdoor light:
Property Owner – the property owner must sign an outdoor light contract to have a light placed on the property. Rates – All lights hung on existing ACE owned poles require a 24 month contract and the cost per month is as follows:
*subject to fuel cost adjustment. Rate Change 2/1/10
Poles– If ACE sets a pole for the purpose of hanging outdoor lighting only, a $5 monthly pole fee will be added to the cost of the light. A 48-month contract will apply to the light and pole charge.
